2010 PAHRA Conferences & Awards
PAHRA holds four conferences each year. In 2010, the Harrisburg Conference is scheduled for February 7 - 10, at Harrisburg Hilton & Towers; the CD&H Practitioners Conference (in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development) will be held April 12 - 13 at the Nittany Lion Inn, State College, PA; Spring Conference & Exhibition will take place June 6 - 9 at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Champion, PA; and the Annual Conference takes place September 14 - 17, Holiday Inn, Grantville, PA. Information, agenda and a registration form for each conference is available approximately two months before the conference date, mailed to PAHRA members and posted on this website.

Conference registrations and hotel room reservations are now being accepted for the 2010 Harrisburg Conference. A wide array of conference sessions dealing with federal and state legislation, housing and community development issues, Legal Issues Workshop, HUD and PA DCED programs, Commissioners' Workshop and much more is being offered. The 2010 PAHRA awards program includes the Bellamy, Best Practices and the "Person of the Year" awards. Information about the awards is sent to PAHRA members in July of each year with a submission date in August. The awards committee rates each PAHRA member's submission and the awards are announced at the Annual Meeting. All the submissions are on display during the annual PAHRA members "Best Practices" Showcase. Information about the PAHRA awards program will be posted on this website in July.
