Updated Exhibitors’ Information and Exhibit Times
Please note the following changes in the schedule for the 2008 PAHRA Spring Conference and Exhibition. Most activities still take place in the exhibit hall, giving you plenty of time to interact with attendees.

Exhibit Booth Registration
Exhibition registration information can be found on Page 3 of this brochure as well as the Marketing Contract at the end of the brochure. A free conference program ad is included with a booth. Exhibit Booth Services are provided by Reber-Friel; a packet with shipping and electrical hook-up information will be sent to you approximately three weeks before the conference. PAHRA provides drapery, table, two chairs and sign as part of the exhibit fee.

Don’t forget to check Page 3 in this brochure for special hotel room rates at The Wyndham Gettysburg and the reservation cut-off date of May 2, 2008.

Monday, June 2, 2008 - Exhibit Hall
7:30 a.m. Breakfast with the exhibitors
8:00 a.m. Exhibits open
11:00 a.m. Refreshment Break
1:45 p.m. Buffet Lunch with the exhibitors
3:30 p.m. Exhibits close for day

Tuesday, June 3, 2008 - Exhibit Hall
7:30 a.m. Breakfast with the exhibitors
8:00 a.m. Exhibits Open
11:00 a.m. Refreshment Break
12:30 p.m. Exhibitors’ Drawing
1:00 p.m. Exhibition Closing & tear down

Sunday and Monday, 9 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. - Mingle with delegates at the PAHRA hospitality rooms

Tuesday, June 3 - Afternoon and Evening

After the exhibits close, we encourage you to stay and enjoy one of the afternoon activities and, of course, attend the evening reception, barbecue and hospitality room. Take this opportunity to interact more informally with your existing or potential customers. The schedule is:

1:30 p.m. PAHRA Scholarship Fund Golf Outing* (additional charge)
2:00 p.m. Historic Gettysburg and battlefield tour* (additional charge)
OR PAHRA Volleyball Tournament (no charge)
6:30 p.m. Presidential Reception (no charge)
7:30 p.m. Barbeque and golf / volleyball awards (no charge)
10:00 p.m. Hospitality Room (no charge)

* Information about the PAHRA Scholarship Fund Golf Outing and Historic Gettysburg tour will be available after April 1, 2008.
