Active Membership is open to any housing authority, redevelopment authority, community development agency or non-profit corporation operating in the field of housing, redevelopment and community development within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. An Active Member's representative (executive director or other person appointed) is eligible to be elected to the Board of Directors and to be elected as an officer. Active Members receive discounts on all conferences, copies of all mailings, legislative updates, the PAHRA Monitor, and the PAHRA Directory. Membership fee: $250/year.

Associate Membership is open to members of administrative staff, board member or counsel of any member agency. Associate Members receive discounts on all conferences, legislative updates, individual copies of all conference mailings, the PAHRA Monitor, and the PAHRA Directory. Membership fee: $125/year.

Affiliate Membership is open to any member of a planning commission within Pennsylvania; any member of an authority within Pennsylvania; any firm or association engaged in housing and community development services and/or activities, and operating in Pennsylvania; and an association of housing and community development personnel, nonprofit, which operates within the USA. Affiliate Members receive discounts on conferences and exhibition space, discounts on advertising, legislative updates, copies of all conference mailings, the PAHRA Monitor, and the PAHRA Directory. Membership fee: $250/year.
